Sevco have stepped up their ‘war’ with the SFA and claimed that the recent Notice of Complaint served on the club as ridiculous.
It is fair to describe the charge as ridiculous since the actions were taken by the old club that went into liquidation in 2012.
Unless the SFA are prepared to publish the top secret Five Way Agreement from 2012 it would seem that SFA officials rather than a six-year-old club should be dealing with the Notice of Complaint.
I know this is will be beyond the understanding of a criminal like King and whichever propagandist is currently writing their statements :

A trade magazine interview in 2006 by non-executive director Gary Hughes has been the target for Sevco’s anger and a drive for transparency.
Discovering the roles played by Campbell Ogilvie, Rod Petrie and Andrew Dickson in the 2011 UEFA licence would certainly be welcomed by many.
According to the Daily Record a nameless Sevco spokesperson said:
Rangers notes that Gary Hughes will not be standing again for the Scottish FA’s board. Hopefully this decision augurs well for the Scottish FA under the stewardship of its new Chief Executive Officer.
However, Rangers will be seeking a review of the SFA’s procedures for such appointments because it is vitally important that those who do stand for election to independent posts in particular are indeed truly independent.Â
Rangers shall also be asking the SFA to review whether Mr Hughes was party to any discussions regarding the ridiculous Notice of Complaint brought against the club. Furthermore, Rangers must be assured that no actions taken by Mr Hughes during the period of his appointment could have impacted negatively on our club.
The SFA will host their AGM tomorrow at Hampden.
