Celtic fans turned on Tam McManus after his amazing assessment of Celtic’s 0-0 draw with Rosenborg.
It wasn’t a classic display but barring two moments of panic in the first half the hoops were barely troubled with their 3-1 lead never under serious threat.
That didn’t seem to be good enough for the BBC pundit who has been following a well worn path to climb the promotion ladder with the state broadcaster.
Job done for Celtic but they have been terrible tonight. So sloppy. Up against a better side they are in bang in trouble. Rosenborg are an average side too IMO.

Hurts, doesn’t it?

Clean sheet away from home against the champions of Norway is a great result when you lead the tie 3-1. Another optimist of Scottish football. No wonder our game takes pelted when guys like yourself are desperate to put the boot in.

Beggars belief this post….
Destroyed them at home and shut up shop away….
Celtic played a classic 2 leg KO fixture to the letter against excellent opposition who Pumped Ajax home and away less than 12 months ago.

Away to the Norwegian champions, never conceded and never looked like it. That’s some terrible. Fishing I think.

So if that was terrible what would a 2-0 defeat and out of Europe be? Celtic didn’t go out to attack and try and win the game. With a depleted squad they did what they had to do to get through.

Without our first choice CB RB and CF , id have bitten the hand off you for a clean sheet before that game started

It seems that sharing air time with the likes of Alex Rae (EBT), Kris Boyd (EBT) and Stevie Thompson (EBT) is getting through to the former Hibs and Dundee striker.
For the last seven years Celtic have been keeping Scottish football afloat in terms of the European co-efficient and supplying his BBC colleagues with endless European travel.
While Celtic have regularly been reaching the group stage of the UEFA competitions you have to go back to 2010 for another Scottish side matching that achievement when Dave Murray’s tax dodging enterprise cheated the rest of Scottish football.
