Celtic have been drawn alongside Salzburg, RB Leipzig and Rosenborg in their Europa League group.
There isn’t much glamour about the draw but should give Brendan Rodgers’ side a decent chance of making progress to the last 32 of the competition.
Last summer UEFA had to investigate the structures of Leipzig and Salzburg before giving them clearance to take part in the Champions League qualifiers despite a clear overlap through sponsorship.
Decent enough with no horrendous long-distance ties.

Celtic played Salzburg in the 2014/15 Europa League with both clubs progressing to the last 32 where the hoops lost out to Inter Milan.
Rosenborg won’t need much of an introduction with the two clubs playing for the sixth time in 18 months after meeting in Champions League qualifiers in each of the last two seasons with Celtic progressing on 1-0 and 3-1 aggregates.
The first matches will take place on Thursday September 20 with the hoops matches staggered with Sevco to provide a 6pm and 8pm kick off.
