KT suffered cramp late on in the 0-0 draw with Rosenborg but was able to make a substitute appearance in the 3-1 win over Livingston.
After Danny McGrain unfurled the SPFL flag it took Celtic just seven minutes to open the scoring with Tom Rogic heading home a cross from Jonny Hayes.
Odsonne Edouard doubled the lead midway through the first half before with Olivier Ntcham putting Celtic three in front early in the second half after Callum McGregor was fouled in the penalty box.
