Daniel Arzani is in the starting XI as Celtic take on Aberdeen at Cappielow in the Reserve League Cup, kick-off 2.30pm.

Last week the on-loan Manchester City winger met up with his international colleagues at a training camp in Turkey with Socceroos boss Graham Arnold discussing his development with Brendan Rodgers.

Arzani was in the starting XI for Celtic in their last reserve outing- a 3-0 defeat at Hamilton Accies three weeks ago.

Half of Tommy McIntyre’s squad were on Scotland u-19 duty for a double header with Poland which resulted in their last two Reserve fixtures being cancelled.

Lewis Morgan returns from injury in his hometown while there is a Celtic debut for Armstrong Okoflex who joined from Arsenal during the summer.

Ross County and Falkirk are in the same Reserve League Cup section.
