Celtic fans were delighted with the news that Karamoko Dembele has signed a professional deal with the hoops.
The 15-year-old could have taken his pick from any club in Europe but has decided to put the most important years of his career in the hands of Brendan Rodgers.

Dembele has been part of the Celtic Academy since the age of 10 and quickly started to be noticed elsewhere.
Video clips on social media introduced the incredible skills of the kid that was regularly running rings round opponents two and three years older. At the age of 13 he made a brief appearance as a substitute in the Development League but new rules mean that he can’t play in the Reserve League until he is 16.
That happens on February 23 with the big question being when and not if he makes his first team debut- following in the footsteps of Mikey Johnston, Kieran Tierney, Callum McGregor and James Forrest.
