Any chance of having a pop at Celtic is accepted with glee as he waits the most OTT reply to focus attention on his own argument.
It’s exactly the type of engagement that his bosses in the state broadcaster are looking for- criticism of Celtic and the chance to highlight some of the lesser elements among the hoops support. If only wee Tam had received disguised remuneration from the old club at Ibrox he’d be able to pick up the programme fees that Kris Boyd, Billy Dodds and Alex Rae enjoy.

Now it seems that rather than go fishing for attention McManus is out there looking for independent Celtic websites to stir up an argument with.
His defence and support of Petrie should be tried out with the Hibs support, this is the man that sold off Scott Brown, Steven Fletcher, Kevin Thompson, Garry O’Connor and Steven Whittaker to lead the club into The Championship for three years with just one League Cup victory as consolation.
