Hatem Abd Elhamed has turned playing for Celtic into a family thing.
The defender arrived from Hapoel Be’er Sheva in July and quickly made his mark with impressive displays at right-back.
Later on he was joined by his family with his two kids enjoying the whole experience of watching their Dad- a Celtic European Hero.
In the small hours of the morning Elhamed posted up a couple of video clips on Instagram with his joy over his kids’ involvement very obvious. In one clip he can be seen with his son being congratulated by supporters outside Celtic Park.
Alongside Ryan Christie, Elhamed was the only change to the Celtic side that beat Ross County 6-0 for the visit of Lazio.
The 28-year-old showed some great footwork at times as he linked up effectively with James Forrest to provide the threat down the right flank.
The Elhamed kids can look forward to one more Europa night before the turn of the year with Celtic in with a great chance of being involved in the competition into the knock out stage in February.
