Rangers Radio have again provided their listeners with an insight into the cutting-edge matters on Scottish football.

After exposing the Celtic Tax Case that is too hot for any media outlet to touch they turned their minds to the likely decision to announce Celtic as the 2019/20 Premiership champions.

Over 80% of the 42 SPFL clubs voted in favour of calling the season over but according to Rangers Radio the whole issue has been all about selling Celtic DVD’s.

The fact that most clubs have now gone almost two months without a home match seems irrelevant to the cunning plan from the Parkhead bunkers.

Yesterday the French League was declared over with Paris Saint Germain announced as the champions, it’ll take a lot of DVD sales to pay for Neymar’s weekly wage let alone the bonus for winning the league.

Billy 1: Ah mean they are just getting into the Champions League for something they didnae do. They’ve just voted themselves a £20-30m cheque. How can that be fair?

What ah’d be saying to Ann Budge and the rest of them is haud oan a minute. If we re-gee you that title we want a share of that £20-30m to survive oor clubs.

So that should be split up fairly between the whole 42 clubs. We are the wans that are actually geen you it, we’re the wans that are actually voting you into it.

Billy 2: Can I just pull you up on the £30m mate, they’ve still got to qualify to get into the group stages and that’s not been very successful for them. Scottish football couldn’t hang on to the £30m could they? Ha ha ha ha ha

Billy 1: Naw, ha ha ha ha, but again it’s them with sporting integrity or doing the decent thing and that’s just not in their remit mate.

Billy 2: Ah’ve always thote that the rush to get them the title mate was the merchandising stuff

Billy 1: It’s the 9-in-a-row mate

Billy 2: Aye, all their merchandising that goes alang wae that. Their DVDs and all that, their all on hold.
