Celtic have been linked with an interest in Jamal Lowe.

A report in the Daily Mail reads like a firesale at the Championship club who with Cardiff and Millwall also linked with the winger.

Over the last year Celtic have lost Scott Sinclair, Jonny Hayes and Lewis Morgan from the wide positions. With Mikey Johnson out injured and Marian Shved not included in the squad that played in France it is a position that Neil Lennon will be looking to strengthen.

Over recent times Celtic have rarely been involved in transfer business from the inflated English market with most recent deals such as Jeremie Frimpong and Lee O’Connor coming at development level.

The Daily Mail reports

Top-scorer Kieffer Moore is wanted by Preston. Winger Jamal Lowe is also attracting big interest from Celtic, Millwall and Cardiff.

Wigan have been the form team in the Championship since the season resumed with the vultures circling to see the outcome of Administration.

Lowe moved to Wigan last summer and has played 46 matches this season, scoring six times.

The 26-year-old started his career at Barnet, working his way up the divisions with two impressive seasons at Portsmouth earning him a transfer last summer.

Lowe is under contract for another two years, CLICK HERE for his Transfermarkt profile.
