Alan Thompson put his singing head on over the weekend as he entertained some friends to a Neil Diamond classic.
The former Celtic midfielder and assistant manager was enjoying a golf trip when he took to the stage to strut his stuff complete with washing up mop.
Forever In Blue Jeans is a karaoke classic, first performed by Diamond in 1978 and standing the test of time 40 years later like another of his favourites- Sweet Caroline.

Thompson joined Celtic in 2000 alongside Didier Agathe in the week following the 6-2 win over Rangers that literally changed the course of Scottish football.
Over the next couple of years he was part of a side that dominated the Scottish game and returned Celtic to the European stage.
Scoring in the Glasgow derby was a speciality, as were goals in Europe with his strike against Barcelona in 2004 setting up a famous UEFA Cup victory as Celtic held the Catalans to a goal-less draw in the return leg in the Nou Camp.
