Chris Sutton saluted Moi Elyounoussi- three days after slamming him for looking at his mobile phone late on during the defeat from Sparta Prague.
A storm in a tea-cup ensued with some bizarre calls for the player to be suspended as every aspect of the Europa League defeat was taken apart.
Neil Lennon brushed the criticism aside, selected Elyounoussi to face Motherwell and got a hat-trick in return.
Elyounoussi answers the call brilliant hat trick ???

The opening goal in the 8th minute came off Elyounoussi’s knee as he followed in on an Albian Ajeti shot that came off the post.
In the 27th minute three magic touches from Tom Rogic opened up the Motherwell defence with the on-loan Southampton winger sweeping the ball home from six yards out.
Motherwell pulled a goal back from Deccy Gallagher in the 72nd minute but three minutes later Elyounoussi rose brilliantly to power home a cross from Hatem Abd Elhamed to kill off any hopes Motherwell had of taking a point.
Four minutes from time substitute Olivier Ntcham scored Celtic’s fourth goal to ensure a winning send off to a troubling seven match spell.
