Tom Rogic returns to the Celtic side to face AZ Alkmaar tonight with Odsonne Edouard making way for the Australian.

That switch will likely see Ryan Christie move to the left flank with Kyogo Furuhashi restored to the main striking role as Celtic look to book a place in the group stage of the Europa League.

For the third match running Leigh Griffiths misses out despite Ange Postecoglou being without James Forrest and James McCarthy. Boli Bolingoli, Liam Shaw and Osaze Urhoghide make it onto the bench.

Celtic have a two goal lead going into tonight’s match but James Forrest who had a heavy influence on the second goal is missing through injury.

Alkmaar enjoyed a weekend off from domestic action while Celtic were hammering St Mirren 6-0 to go into tonight’s match on the back of five successive wins, scoring 24 goals in the process.

CELTIC: Hart; Ralston, Welsh, Starfelt, Taylor; Rogic, McGregor, Turnbull; Abada, Kyogo, Christie

SUBS: Bain, Barkas, Ajeti, Soro, Edouard, Bolingoli, Urhoghide, Shaw, Robertson, Montgomery
