Celtic fans are facing more travel misery with little chance that they will be allowed to support the hoops away to Ferencvaros on November 4.
Around 1,000 fans made the trip to Seville for the match against Real Betis but with a change of policy only a couple managed to find a way to get inside the stadium to watch the match.
During the European Championships in June Budapest hosted matches in front of full stadiums but it seems that there has been a change in policy for less high profile matches.
Copenhagen in February 2020 was the last time that Celtic were given a ticket allocation for an away match, last season was a complete write-off with no progress made this season.
Government travel advise changes every three weeks but from October 4 a number of restrictions for returning to Scotland are lifted but fans still face obstacles gaining entry to foreign stadiums with Celtic reluctant to take tickets without any assurances that fans will be able to watch the games that they buy tickets for.
Celtic face Bayer Leverkusen on November 25 but as JP Taylor admits the whole travel issue seems to be a farce.
No but will follow up today Eamonn, all becoming a farce tbh

Important Info for Budapest:
Being advised that a UK NHS Vacc Cert and/or a negative PCR Test will not be accepted to gain access to the Stadium, this has been decided by the local authority. Will update with further details when we have them @CelticFCTickets

The only country to have full stadium capacity at the Euros 4 months ago and now they won’t even let double jabbed or negative tested fans in! That’s that science at work again!
