Awful to watch- the Easter Road clip that summed up Celtic’s afternoon

There was one incident, late in the match at Easter Road that seemed to sum up the frustrations of Celtic’s afternoon in the capital.

A big punt up the park is no longer on the menu, even with 85 goal-less minutes on the clock but the passing game between defenders almost cost Celtic dearly.

Joe Hart had gone out of the penalty box to take a short free-kick. Carl Starfelt returned the pass to the keeper and suddenly Hibs sensed that their opponents passing game wasn’t as smooth as it should.

Cameron Carter-Vickers also joined in, fortunately only a corner was conceded but time was lost as Celtic struggled to a goal-less draw.

Playing out from the back is the modern way, it almost often works, draws opponents in and creates space to break forward. There are times when it isn’t appropriate, after 86 minutes in a goalless draw is one of them.

I see there is a madman on FF giving a glow report about sevco being favourites for the title and he says this even though Celtic are top by 3 points.
Apparently they have been playing better than us in the league but they still find themselves behind this is due to VAR not being in operation.
Definitely full of glue sniffers on there.

not for the first time either the bodo/glint assessor sussed that out when he watched Celtic and duly applied it into their tactics as any other scout watching Celtic is doing.Puting yourself under unnecessary pressure i not to wise and in the times Celtic have used this so called tactic there has been little success from it and a lot of nail biting from the fans. There does not seem to be a plan B and as for time wasting seems to be a new scurge that has creeped into the game and refereee’s could sort it out in the first ten minutes but do not seem to have the bottle to do it classic example at easter road booked a player for messing about at a shy late on but let the goalkeeper away with it for the entire game.

Should’ve been punted up the park and cavalry Charge adopted because fck all else was happening.
