There seems likely to be much more to the Ibrox ticket story than the version leaked to the unquestioning Rangers Review.Â
With less than a fortnight to go there has clearly been discussions over the allocation of tickets to away fans- it seems very unlikely that agreement was reached late on Monday with a fan-site beating both clubs to break the news.Â
Between the lines and in conjunction with the time-line it could well be that tickets were delivered to Celtic on a take them or leave them basis in the likelihood that Celtic won’t distribute the 700 tickets.Â
There will be one more SPFL derby this season, Celtic will have control of ticket distribution with attention on both boardrooms, the people that set up the Sydney Super Cup, to see how they represent and back their hard-core supporters. Â
So we have asked for European allocations for Ibrox and they would get the same at Parkhead and Roberston has knocked it back
That’s a fair compromise and am sure both sides of the divide would be happy with that
Apparently the 700 tickets are now in our ticket office

Euro allocations covers those who go home and away and it means all the season book holder from both sides get to go
Like yous did with Dortmund

Never known such a positive atmosphere at any Glasgow derby as that on Feb 2nd. Send their tickets back and keep Paradise zombie free!

I hope the club just holds onto them & leaves it empty. 7 or 800 of their lot not getting them.
Pointless taking that amount. They really haven’t got over the whole Broomloan party have they ? ?— ?R4tser ??? ??? (@R4tser) March 21, 2022
No fair play – no game. Their filth and vandalism aren’t missed at Celtic Park.
