Despite having 75 years notice of the event The Tribute Act has just realised that next Friday is a public holiday in the United Kingdom.

As a mark of respect loyal bears who have failed to renew their Season Ticket have been given additional time to pay up for next season.

Earlier this season the same club forgot their own 10th anniversary and were unable to wear a special shirt to mark the event.

Last week the media was full of tales about 100,000 plus bears being in Seville, the reality and the evidence from the beamback at the Cartuja Stadium suggests around 45,000 travelled to the Spanish city.

Similarly it seems that fans are slow to back Giovanni van Bronckhorst despite ticket money being the most significant factor in their turnover.

At lunchtime the club claimed:

As excitement grows for the new season, we have been inundated with messages via all customer service channels which has led to an unprecedented volume of queries.

Less than loyal bears have until 7pm on Monday June 6 to pay up for Stage 2 of the Ange Postecoglou Roadshow.

In June 2012 Queen Elizabeth rejected the offer of a CVA from Rangers, forcing the club into liquidation with income tax due to HMRC on around £50m paid through disguised remuneration schemes.
