Heartless PAOK have taken Antonio Colak to their pre-season training camp despite the striker being an Ibrox transfer target.
Last August Colak was a hero across Scottish football with the goals for Malmo that killed off Steven Gerrard’s Champions League dream, forcing a move to Aston Villa a few months later.
The 28-year-old has had a journeyman career across a variety of German clubs, last season PAOK sent him on loan to Malmo after he had dropped out of their plans for the new season.
With two years left on his contract PAOK are desperate to get the striker out the door but a £2.6m fee is proving to be an obstacle for the cash rich (c/o A Rae, Reading) Europa League finalists.

Rangers target Antonio Colak has travelled out to PAOK’s pre-season camp – with the Greek side adamant that he won’t be going anywhere unless their £2.6m asking price is met.
POAK is aware that Colak is keen on a move to Scotland with the potential of Champions League football and The Light Blues have already opened talks with the club. Rangers have been told that the Croatian international won’t be sold for anything less than three millions Euros.
With dialogue still on-going between the various parties the 28-year-old joined his PAOK teammates as they headed to Holland on Monday for PAOK’s pre-season training camp. Rangers have a number of other striking options on their radar, with Scotland and Sunderland star Ross Stewart amongst them, but The Black Cats, are ready to offer a new deal to try and extend the deal of their 26 goal frontman.
John Souttar on a free from Hearts is the only addition to Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s squad, Aaron Ramsey and Amad Dialo have returned to their parent clubs.
