I am glad that we are in for this player, but I wish we didn’t have the gleeful remarks about the fee. It is no fault of the Russian clubs that Putrid Putin has caused this disaster for them. The hypocritical UEFA (who claim to keep politics out of soccer) are also to blame. Celtic will certainly benefit, but I am sure they will also do their best to make it as fair as possible for the Russian club, without kicking them when they are down. It is not our style, unlike some others.
