sevco is still in the SPL race, so the sensible option would be for the Blue Room to keep Gio in post until season end.
But Ibrox doesn’t tend to do sensible.
If Gio gets punted in the short-term, then who can they bring in – who will accept a zero budget for player purchases in January? They will just have to manage Gio’s squad until season end.
A caretaker manager, or another ex-player as manager seem to be the best / only options if Gio goes soon.
And if Gio goes, then sevco’s season is probably over! 🙂
