More than a few Ibrox fans were celebrating a goal for Tony Watt against Celtic today.
Alas for the excitable bears the former Celtic striker didn’t get a touch on Dylan Levitt’s 87th minute cross and it didn’t turn out as the final goal of the game.
Not for the first time Ange Postecoglou’s side demonstrated that ‘We Never Stop’ is more than a training ground slogan.
As the gullible celebrated their side moving within two points of the champions Kyogo Furuhashi was glancing in a header before a Larsson-esqe chip from Liel Abada added a little something to the goal difference.
Tomorrow at noon the worst team in Champions League history travels to St Johnstone looking to cut into the seven point gap at the top of the SPFL Premiership.
