Stephen Humphrey’s scored a wonder goal from just inside his own half as Hearts beat Dundee United 3-1 at Tynecastle.
Mark Birighitti escaped having a penalty awarded against him last week for barging Kyogo Furuhashi to the deck but there was no rescue act for the United keeper today.
Hearts had battled back from being a goal behind to edge in front when Humphrey’s seized his chance in the sixth minute of stoppage time.
United were pushing for an equaliser but Birighitti was caught around the penalty spot when the on loan Wigan forward fired in a shot that was hard and accurate, flying into the net comfortably under the crossbar.

Ryan Edwards and Josh Ginnelly were sent off by Nick Walsh, getting a rare appointment outside of Glasgow.
Aye good goal , fair play
Did they even have a shot on goal on Wednesday night ?
Lie down c*nts
A rare appointment for the little proddy Hun, since I mentioned it on here on Wednesday, that he always gets local appointments. It is in case his mammy gets fraught when she doesn’t know where he is!
Good to know where the dead-heads Huns at the SFA look to for their advice.
