Adidas are launching what is described as a ‘Nineties vibe’ Celtic kit when the hoops were produced by Umbro.
At that time Adidas produced big and baggy kits with three big stripes across the top left shoulder across the chest of the shirt.
The Celtic change kit will be released on March 14 is mainly green with three black and white stripes coming in from the side halfway down the kit.

Today’s announcement is interestingly times with Celtic heading to Paisley on Sunday, the scene of their only domestic defeat of the season and the only time that a silver/grey kit has been used.
On a bright sunny day in Paisley the kit seemed very close to the St Mirren home shirt with nothing going right on the day for Ange Postecoglou’s side.
Previous second and third kits have tended to be black, white or yellow with a couple of bumble-bee kits produced down the years.
