Since VAR was introduced at Tynecastle on October 22 six penalties have been awarded against Celtic in the 17 SPFL matches with a few extra sets of eyes watching the matches.
Incredibly the club in second place haven’t had a single penalty awarded against them in that period, they haven’t had a penalty awarded against them in the SPFL since last January- 14 months. In 10 European matches this season non Scottish referees awarded four penalties against Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side.

When the C word was used host Gordon Duncan took control, back in October he was voice-over man as the SFA explained VAR to supporters, he also picks up a fee from helping to make the draw in the Scottish Cup.
There was a mixture of scorn and contempt to the caller after he mentioned cheating, Duncan focussed in on Derek McInnes’ agreement with the award of the penalty against Kilmarnock on Saturday.
None of the panel on SSB will dare mention that it is 14 months since Kevin Clancy became the last referee to award a penalty against the Ibrox club in the SPFL.
Week by week Celtic increase their goal difference advantage over their city rivals yet the penalty statistics defy logic.
It is hardly a surprise that the SFA can’t find a sponsor prepared to associate themselves with the Scottish Cup while the League Cup has been rebranded as a gift to the broadcasting company prepared to screen the matches.
Is CFC contractually obliged to participate in the SC every season?
The SFA shouldn’t be able to financiallly benefit from its own Cup competition,
when it simultaneously – and allegedly – turns a blind eye to dodgy match decisions,
and when the SFA itself is responsible for providing honest, competent match officials.
Surely there is a general consensus that, if not corruption (of which there is no doubt), then gross incompetence reigns at the SFA with regards to the Ref Cabal and sponsorship.
Let’s just call a spade a shovel and someone at Celtic have the bottle to step out in front of the camera and the press and call it out what it is,CORRUPTION and CHEATING of the highest QUALITY you can get.
14 months in the League without conceding a penalty?
Ask any football fan outside of Scotland what they think of that statistic they would say you were talking shite.
It just makes the wins all that sweeter.

When we get our next “ statistical “ penalty , given when we are 3/4 goals ahead with a few minutes remaining , just to even up the end of season numbers , as we all know , Celtic should just roll the ball slowly towards the goal … highlighting to the watching world the deviousness and corruption in the Scottish game .
