David Edgar’s pre-match rant proved to be a highlight among highlights for Celtic fans enjoying the aftermath of Sunday’s Viaplay Cup Final triumph.

Edgar as been involved in fan media for the best part of 20 years, with that sort of experience he ought to have known better that to make his pre-match comments which seemed to have been fuelled by the reaction to Fashion Sakala from The Other Mob.
The laughter and ridicule wasn’t anticipated. Clearly the Zambian was playing to the gallery with Edgar and others revelling in the belief that players had the Battle Fever on.

I really don’t know what the problem is here with sevco and the media friendly pals.
It wasn’t all that long ago Tom English was bragging about sevco have 3 teams to pick from for all competitions,now they don’t even have one team for any competition.
The story going about now is about Beale the magician have to trim his squad back because there are to many players now you couldn’t make that up,basically it’s warning shot getting put out there to fans and a wee dip of the toe in the water to let them know cash is getting tighter over there.
