Micky Beale’s shrink was arrested by cops in Florida seven months before his Murray Park visit to boost morale after losing to Celtic on Sunday.
Allistair McCaw has built up a reputation as a motivational speaker and management mentor but it seems that the Drink Driving rules in the USA outsmarted him.
Back in July Mr Motivator was stopped by Boynton Beach Police Department where he had twice the legal blood alcohol limit and was driving with an open container.
That seemed to matter little to Beale who was eager to show to the world that Sunday’s defeat to Celtic hasn’t diminished his brilliance as a coach.
Bringing in a shrink the day after a massive set-back sends out all of the wrong messages, confirming that the Ibrox squad need help as fans turn on a group of serial losers.
Sending out messages seems to be all that Beale is about, a smarter manager would have done a quick background check before inviting McCaw into Ibrox and allowing him to make promotional pictures.
Always nice to be back @RangersFC training ground in Milngavie today. Even better to spend time with the fantastic people there. pic.twitter.com/7T1oUhx0g0

You earn the right to lead other people through the relationships and trust you’ve build over an extended period of time. #Leadership is not a given. Your resume might get you in the door, but your relationships determine how long you get to stay there.

In July 2022 Boca News reported:
BY: STAFF REPORT | BocaNewsNow.com
BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Allistair McCaw of Boynton Beach, a motivational speaker who has presented the ”McCaw Method” worldwide, is facing a charge of DUI filed by the Boynton Beach Police Department.
McCaw, according to court records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, was stopped in the area of Gateway Boulevard near High Ridge Road just before 1 a.m. Sunday. He allegedly had an “open container” in his Gray 2018 Mercedes at the time of the stop.
Court records show that McCaw later provided a breath alcohol sample that police say registered .195. That’s more than two times the legal limit of .08. He was arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail early Sunday. He was released on his own recognizance several hours later.
McCaw’s website says he is the author of multiple best selling books and has ”consulted “and worked with Gold Medalists, Grand Slam Champions, Fortune 500 Companies, NCAA Colleges, and Professional Sports Teams.”

Lol the daily sevco have started the transfer bingo game already. Some arsehole has written an article about a 30 year old Serbian player playing in China just now but would be willing to come to ibrox if the offer was there and the reason he wants to come to sevco, because he likes them more than Celtic, talk about clutching at straws a feelgood factor story.
It is a farcical own goal: to introduce a motivational speaker to your squad,
the day AFTER you have lost the Final!
It’s just too easy to take the Micky out of Beale… 🙂
