Picking John Souttar for the first time yesterday, Micky Beale put a brave face on it as he spoke to Sky Sports shortly before kick-off.
For 70 minutes the match had gone error free for the former Hearts defender with former Liverpool star Ben Davies the main culprit with Celtic leading 2-1.
And then came the moment that Souttar will struggle to recover from. Taking a pass from Ryan Jack he casually sent the ball back towards Allan McGregor only to discover that Jota was onto it ahead of the veteran goalkeeper.
Seconds later Celtic were 3-1 in front, Souttar was hoping to share the blame with his goalkeeper as 60,000 partied all around.

Goldson was reported to have a hip problem- if correct the Souttar/Davies partnership could be in place for the Scottish Cup semi-final at Hampden on April 30.
That will be Soutar back on the treatment couch, his psychotherapist will need to work wonders again.
Goal could have been prevented if the man inducted into the hall of lame had followed jota run, one second he was close to jota and in the blink of an eye jota had left Tavernier 30 yards behind.
Tavernier might score more than the forwards but he is invisible when goals against are going in, yep definitely Tavernier and the hall of Lame.
