It was only a matter of time before one of them got on board. Take a bow at Football Scotland/Daily Record as they became the first to publish the Kenny Miller SPFL Calculator league table.

Since the celebrated appointment of Micky Beale six months ago the Scottish media have been waiting for the moment- with Celtic in the midst of trophy celebrations there is no better time than now to give traumatised bears hope for a better tomorrow. #FCNEXTSEASON.

With the prizes dished out, with the champions taking their foot off the gas James Tavernier, John Lundstram and Todd Cantwell have finally hit form, as has Nico Raskin if only he hadn’t suffered a sore knee.

Two weeks after Celtic beat Hearts to go 13 points clear with four matches left to play Miller played The Joker on Sportscene last night.

With multiple appearances lined up this week on Radio Clyde, Sky Sports, TalkSPORT and Radio Scotland there is no greater media messenger than Miller to bang the drum on behalf of the deluded.

Miller thinks that he is winding up Celtic fans with his alternative truth- the reality is that he is simply making Mark Fotheringham’s former assistant even more unemployable in the real world of football.

On Saturday Celtic will be presented with the real SPFL Premiership trophy which should be the signal for Miller to take a quick break before explaining why the future of Scottish football should be planned around Kieran Dowell, Dujan Sterling and Jose Cifuentes.

NOTE: Football Scotland is the digital Daily Record, sharing the same beliefs as the fading Glasgow publisher looking to engage with the younger generation of the Gullible & Deluded.
