It is a common sight at 11 of the 12 SPFL Premiership grounds when the Sky Sports cameras roll up to screen their fixtures.
Both teams walk out and stand in front of a Cinch Archway as the cameras pan along the line-ups, it is impossible to avoid the purple backdrop- unless you are at Easter Road.
Yesterday’s visitors have a long running dispute with the SPFL over the Cinch sponsorship, in trademark fashion Neil Doncaster caved in with the other 11 member clubs providing additional backing for Cinch to make up for the short fall.
Just what were Hibs playing at with the Cinch advertising hoarding before today’s clash with Rangers.
Ordinarily, the hoarding should be behind the line-ups but today it couldn’t have been placed further away.
Do Rangers really exert that much influence on the Scottish game? pic.twitter.com/fE1ciu7njB

The tunnel area at Easter Road has remained unchanged in decades but someone somewhere decided to build the archway in front of the East Stand rather than the Main Stand.
With the players lined up in front of the Main Stand the groundstaff would have to dismantle the archway in time for the match to kick off.
Celtic are at Easter Road on Wednesday night but the match won’t be shown on Sky Sports.
ARSEHOLES and they did cave in to sevco with that board being placed as far away as that, infact they would be as well placing it at the doppelganger klubs cousins stadium.
But have I missed something here ? Wasnt the Cinch issue due to Dougie Park ? So if he isnt there anymore what is the issue now ?
Editor: The issue is WATP, Five/Six Way Agreement and doing whatever they like, now got an issue with Glen’s Vodka sponsorship deal.
Celtic placed it in front of the North Stand last time.
All those wee mini clubmen motors you see running about, with half a union Jack on each side aat the back are from Dougies Motor Group!
