Exciting new plans have emerged that will make a 164,000 capacity Ibrox the biggest stadium in Glasgow.

In the world of James Bisgrove everything is exciting from opening a Sports Bar, starting a new crypto partnership, launching a fourth strip or arranging a gig for New Edmiston House.

The incoming Ibrox CEO was laying it on thick in midweek when he hosted a Q and A session for supporters where he went through a tick list generated from social media.

Refusing to give Celtic fans the Broomloan Road Stand is the top priority for most Ibrox fans with Bisgrove delivering on that to underline his staunch credentials.

Various proposals have been made to increase the capacity of Ibrox including adding more tiers (not tears), removing side panels to fill in corners and even reducing the level of the pitch towards the water table.

Unfortunately all of these plans require financing and as Micky Beale’s Revolution is discovering it seems that funds have dried up after splashing out on one transfer fee.

There are some suggestions that Bayern Munich will partly fund the exciting project but until that story is confirmed by The Rangers Review the chances are that the Tillman Arena will remain on the drawing board.

Ibrox related history eventually repeats itself: they never learn.

We had Minty’s Moonbeams of a floating pitch, casino, hotel, etc.

Today we have Bisgrove’s ‘Pish Troves’ of exciting, new promises for the future.

He’s a sales guy who will tell the bears whatever they want to hear.

But, at some point in the very near future, reality will inevitably strike at Ibrox,

    AGAIN,

as it did on Valentine’s Day 2012. 🙂
