After the stunning swoops to bring in crocked Championsip journeymen Kieran Dowell and Dujon Sterling the signals are being sent out for an Ibrox fire sale.

Barry Ferguson might be struggling to get to sleep at night thinking about the exciting new signings but reality is impossible to completely deflect away from.

Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos, Scott Arfield, Allan McGregor and Filip Helander have all walked away with plans underway to get more salaries out the door to make way for tasty Beale Deals.

Discussing Glen Kamara, Beale told the Daily Record:

I think Glen is at a stage of his career at 27 where he is either going to be here now for the rest of his career and dig in and have a really strong pre-season. He is either going to be here for a considerable future or we will probably sell him this summer.

When I came in he had an ankle problem he couldn’t get over. We kicked the operation into touch because we had a lot of injuries and Glen played through that for a period, then we gave him a chance to settle. He has not got back in the team because the boys that are playing have played very well.

The former Juventus target will decide if there is more money to be made elsewhere or to stay put and drain a wage.

Scott Wright and Jon McLaughlin could leave unnoticed while in the unlikely event of another club showing interest in Ianis Hagi, Rabbi Matondo John Lundstram or Ianis Hagi the Ibrox club will be easy to negotiate with.

Beale is looking forward to having Tom Lawrence and Kemar Roofe back from injury with both being treated like new signings.

Ah Kemar Roofe. By far the one man who should never be allowed back on a field after his goalkeeper incidentS last time around.

I wouldn’t give £4M for Davies. That is just a personal opinion though.
Barasic doesn’t have a big-game mentality and Colac was probably described accurately by Mark Hately, as
“A Waste Of Space”. He would know!
So, they should have raffled them!
They could have got more money that way!
They could have signed pre-contracts on the basis of that.
And they would have had somewhere to continue their careers guaranteed after the finished at Rangers!
    Simple, really!

Editor: Only one club would pay £4m for Davies and improve on his Liverpool wages, not a chance that either will be matched during the transfer window. Probably go out on loan to Championship dross last week of window, be as insignificant as Dowell or Sterling.
