For someone that loves nothing better than the sound of his own voice staying quiet for the next 12 days is going to be an incredible test for Micky Beale.

For 10 months there has barely been a word of criticism allowed despite a horrendous run of results against Celtic.

Billed as the Brains Behind Steven Gerrard he was effectively brought in because Giovanni van Bronckhorst kept getting battered by Celtic.

When you suffer a 4-0 and a 3-0 defeat at Celtic Park over the space of seven months, including the close season, the chances are that you won’t be allowed to go anywhere near the away dugout across the city ever again.

Tonight it will be something of a minor miracle if Beale survives long enough to take his side into the next derby on December 30.

Three times in three competitions last season over the course of nine weeks Beale lost to Celtic. That tested the patience of bears but they held on to Todd Cantwell and Nico Raskin turning the tide.

Since lifting the Dead Rubber Trophy in May the hot air from Beale and his media messengers has been non-stop.

Every signing has been a game changer, an inspired choice as Beale digs deep into his contact book with a personal connection to every one of his nine summer signings, including the six he left out of today’s Starting XI.

The Gullible & Deluded lapped it all up, with Celtic failing to kick on during the Transfer Window the stage was set for Mr Beale to strike a decisive blow today.

Just like last season he fluffed his lines, if he even had any lines to fluff.

There is no style of play, no formation, no purpose other than the preservation of serial losers.

James Tavernier, Connor Goldson and Ryan Jack have seen various managers come and go, the only question is when does Beale get ditched and will it be Derek McInnes or David Martindale that takes his place?

Stephen Robinson can’t be ruled out either. He has a track record of building sides created around a bunch of big bruisers so in some ways the existing squad is ideal, for him.

I really want it to be Martinjail though. He might not be able to go to some away fixtures in Europe or the pre-season tours though, what with some countries not being very understanding about the drug-dealing conviction and all that…..

Lol and not 1 away supporter in the ground so they get away with it was away fans fighting in the stadium.
Apparently Beale was sacked earlier tonight but everything to be kept in house until the replacement can be found.
Watch out for Martinjail and McInnes having a pint in the Grapes Bar or Louden before being invited to Ibrox as a guest of the klub on a European night or and SPL match.

Lol was listening to radio snyde today for a laugh after the game,a mad sevco supporter came on though I still think it was a Celtic fan in disguise.
The guy said he wants Beale to stay as manager and that he is getting everything right.
He then went on to say that sevco are yhe only team that can do the treble yes he actually said that and had thrown in well it going to be Celtic doing a treble this season,he then goes on to say infact we could actually do a quadruple this season and go on and win Europa league.
Lol that’s got to be noise up call.

Beale’s inexperience is being painfully exposed.

The longer he stays, the better, for us.

Makes sense to keep him in position until end of the year,

if the bears manage to calm down. 🙂

  • Eldraco says:

And they wanted us to take the 700 tickets , can you imagine it!?

    • Paddybhoy67 says:

That’s a really good point and worth exploring. I know it would be all “What ifs,”, but if they’re bottling each other and throwing vapes at Big Joe, can you imagine what would have happened in that wee corner?
