Two leading Twitter accounts have called out Kris Boyd over his childish rant against Aberdeen.
It seems that the former Kilmarnock striker is upset that Aberdeen tries too hard against the Ibrox Tribute Act. To emphasise his point he says FACT! At the end of sentences.
For a club outside of Glasgow, The Famous Aberdeen has attracted an impressive 11,000 Twitter followers while the unaligned Inside The SPFL has nudged over 50,000 followers.
Unable to form any worthwhile opinion on the actual football that he has been paid to watch Boyd resorted to name calling ahead of a match in 14 days.
Ibrox fans cling on to some bizarre notion that Aberdeen Football Club solely exists for a couple of matches a season while easing up in matches against Celtic.
It is a script straight off the most paranoid of message boards- and one that Boyd fully subscribes to.
This is unacceptable, Aberdeen & the SPFL should be demanding a public apology here, Boyd’s a petulant man child who can barely string a coherent sentence when giving his analysis, but for some reason he’s Sky’s #1 Scottish pundit & shouldn’t be insinuating any club lies down. https://t.co/2b52Nsmevx

With their haphazard coverage of the Scottish game Sky Sports doesn’t have much credit but bringing in Chris Sutton at the start of this season showed that they are aware of their reputation and are prepared to take action.
Ditching Boyd, as they did with David Tanner would go a long way to providing the broadcaster with some credibility among Scottish fans. FACT!
It’s a total joke Boyd is constantly put on tv to cover Aberdeen games. It’s so clear to see his hated for us. For a pundit who is supposed to be on Sky to promote the Scottish game to instead undermine it and imply we lie down to Celtic and only try against Rangers is a disgrace https://t.co/rN8wwSG7Fy

He and the rest of blue core press are doing there best to keep the good news flowing from the clemmy era unfolding at ibrokes,,,even when our squad is depleted with injuries to key players,we’re still playing some nice football, they don’t want to report, seems the best way to play these days is blooter an run lyk fk up the park and hope for free kicks and pen, which is always duly obliged by thr officials and var,
What’s his views on Livvy wen they play Sevco?
Thank Fcuk that I don’t have Sky Sports Scotland !
Or with the shit that they come away with as reported on here…
Maybe it should be LIE Sports Scotland !
Good to see this man being called out by these two forums.
Now we need a consolidated reaction from all supporters and clubs’ fan forums, to the continued awarding of non penalties given to Sevco and the lack of penalties awarded against them, by the SFA’s finest.
