For the second successive away match Adam Idah dug out a double to keep Celtic alive in the race for the SPFL Premiership title.

Earlier this month he scored penalties in the fifth and 89^th minutes to secure full points away to Hibs, today he showed his prowess from open play after coming on as a half time substitute with Motherwell leading 1-0 at the break.

Daizen Maeda missed two decent chances, failing to find the target with either but into stoppage time the on loan Norwich man came to the rescue.

Yang Hyun-jun and Alistair Johnston created an opening on the right, Idah anticipated the delivery and fired a low shot from 15 yards into the net to spark wild scenes of celebrations among the away support.

There was time for one more, and a VAR check but Luis Palma had timed his run perfectly with Celtic able to celebrate a 3-1 victory that had looked unlikely when the clock struck 90 minutes.
