Brendan Rodgers has made 10 changes to the Celtic side to face St Mirren in the final SPFL Premiership match of the season.
Callum McGregor has 10 new tea-mates to start today’s match as the hoops prepare to lift the SPFL Preniership title, as champions of Scotland for the 55th time.
Big changes were expected with slightly surprisingly James Forrest dropping onto the bench as he chases a goal for the 16th season running. Coming on after an hour or so could increase the chances of the 33-year-old netting that elusive goal.
Liam Scales is selected to partner Cameron Carter-Vickers in central defence with Sean McArdle surprisingly missing from the bench.
Paulo Bernardo replaces the injured Reo Hatate in the preferred midfield trio but Luke McCowan is likely to feature at some point as he looks to claim a place in the Starting XI for next Saturday’s Scottish Cup Final.
CELTIC: Schmeichel; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Scales, Taylor; McGregor, Engels, Bernardo; Kuhn, Idah, Maeda
SUBS: Sinisalo, Trusty, Yang, McCowan, Schlupp, Nawrocki, Kenny, Forrest, Ralston

General Brendan Melchett :
” Play McArdle, one of the stars against Aberdeen?, that’s just what they would expect so we won’t even have him on the bench.
Nawrocki, Celtic’s only threat at corners so we’ll bench him.
Team plays better without McGregor, first name on the sheet.
Help ma Boab!
Why was nawrocki over looked once more ,strange decisions from the manager, nawrocki must be getting pissed off with this, any time he’s played he’s never put a foot wrong but dropped to the bench again,I can’t fathom the manager out at times.
