Jambos Can't Cope With Celtic Title Success

Ross the Jambo has gone viral as he wallows in the self pity of losing the SPFL Premiership title to Celtic.

Four weeks ago today Edinburgh was gearing up for the party of all parties. Bigger than the Tattoo, bigger than the Hogamany celebrations.

It turned out to be a damp squib.

After eight months at the top of the table the Jambos were toppled as Celtic clinched their 56th title. All of them won despite the handicap of paying full Income Tax and National Insurance to HMRC.

Jambos couldn’t cope.

Their players stormed out of Celtic Park. Onto their Parks of Hamilton bus and along the M8 to Auld Leekie.

Thousands of tearful fans gathered to share their grief as Celtic fans, and Hibs supporters, wallowed in their grief.

Frankie Kent and Cammy Devlin were in tears as they got off the bus. Neither will play again for Hearts.

Lawrence Shankland had the consolation of a free transfer to the third best team in Scotland as a consolation. He will probably be joined at Ibrox by Derek McInnes.

Just got onto a flight in Amsterdam. He asked if I supported Celtic and I said I’m a Hearts fan. He said, “you guys were cheated” and the whole plane heard him and burst into applause.

Ross didn’t get on a flight to Amsterdam. No one asked him what team he supports. No one else on his imaginary flight cares about the outcome of the SPFL Premiership.

Only snivelling Hearts fans care. Gary Lineker and Jeff Sterling spent one minute of their life on one tweet.

Even Ally McCoist and Kris Boyd don’t care for Ross and the Jambos. In August they will be drooling over the new Ibrox Dream Team of McInnes and Skankland. Not a thought will be given to Hearts.

Celtic lost eight times in the SPFL Premiership and won the title by two points.

They defied David Dickinson, Don Robertson, Douglas Ross and Calum Spence to beat Hibs 2-1 at Easter Road. It was the most horrendous officiating display of the season. Hearts overcame nine men to get the same result at Easter Road.

With Ewan Cameron, George Foulkes and other non-entities leading the online outrage Jambos like Ross are hanging on to every word.

Craig Gordon’s ‘injustice’ claim last week added another layer to their misery.

Forty years ago Albert Kidd broke a generation of Jambos. In 2026 they were top of the SPFL table in the 86th minute of the final match at Celtic Park.

Jambos look like their pain is never ending. Happily no-one else cares for their never ending misery.
