Three weeks after losing the SPFL Premiership title to Celtic Craig Gordon has rediscovered his Instagram account.
In among the predictable Birthday Card patter about how wonderful the Hearts support are there was one telling word.
To the surprise of no-one Ewan Cameron was quickly on top of it.
The use of the word ‘injustice’ was effectively an application form to join the Sportsound team at BBC Scotland next season.
Guaranteed, every couple of weeks as Tom English and Kenny Macintyre reflect on the season just finished they’ll be drawn to injustices.
Like being awarded a penalty for handball after your defender has been elbowed in the face. Or the match referee playing eight minutes of stoppage time in an SPFL decider. The additional time benefited the team that had been time wasting.
Not winning the title isn’t an ‘injustice’.
These folk really think Celtic owed them the trophy ? https://t.co/RL8HRg6TrD

After some sympathy in the replies Gordon switched them off when a few home truths were called out.
Inserting the word injustice into his message was a dog whistle to the heart-broken Scottish media.
GORDON SENDS OUT AMMUNITION TO THE UNHINGED
They have been all over the claims of Ally McCoist and Kris Boyd.
At every turn their claims against Celtic have been trashed.
Every decision was factual and just. Celtic got no favours.
You will barely hear a cheap about the injustice of David Roome raising a flag for offside against Daizen Maeda’s goal against Hearts. Similarly Douglas Ross flagging for offside two weeks earlier at Easter Road.
Or about David Dickinson missing Joe Newell twice using his arm to score against Celtic. The same duo missed the injustice of Celtic not getting a penalty when Josh Campbell pushed over Ben Nygren.
Gordon was a good goalkeeper for Celtic. No fan will forget his reaction to Tom Rogic’s Scottish Cup winning goal against Aberdeen in 2017.
It was an injustice when Peter Lawwell offered him a new contract on vastly reduced terms for the 20/21season. Big Pete had an ace up his sleeve in Vasilas Barkas.
Gordon knocked that back, dropped a division and outperformed Barkas while earning Hearts promotion then recovering from a serious leg break to play in the top flight into his forties.
Gordon wasn’t a Celtic fan, didn’t pretend that he was.
He memorably called out Ally McCoist who opted to stick with Cammy Bell even though Gordon was training at Murray Park as part of his rehab.
With one word Gordon has given the media fresh ammunition for their delusions. And detracted from his Celtic legacy.
Injustice. He thought it was an ‘injustice’ when Odsonne Edouard panenkad him as well the half wit ????? pic.twitter.com/WrKE7VlZkj
