Derek McInnes is on the verge of an exciting £15m double transfer deal.
So far the former Hearts boss has signed 11 players with barely any movement out the door.
Oliver Antman and Mohamad Diomande have left for token fees while McInnes has been adding to the wage bill.
Almost forgotten Danilo, Nedim Bajrami and Oscar Cortes are out on loan. Jose Cifuentes is at Murray Park receiving treatment for a mystery injury.
There seems to be no shape or structure to recruitment at Ibrox, highlighted by Cammy Devlin joining Connor Barron and Lyall Cameron in the battle for midfield places.
From the first pre-season friendlies played at Ibrox McInnes has been vocal about the need to bring in new players.
