Joe Ledley Celtic newsInjured Celt Joe Ledley went through the agonies of his side’s Europa League ko from Udinese on twitter.

A 1-1 draw with the joint leaders of Serie A wasn’t enough to extend Celtic’s European adventure with Ledley experiencing a mix of frustration and pride as Celtic tumbled out of the competition.

“Boom!!!! Hooperman…” he tweeted as his Nando’s chum Gary Hooper put Celtic in front although the Udinese equaliser silenced the Welshman.

Cha Du-Ri’s ‘first’ booking had Ledley as baffled as anyone as he tweeted: “What has the ref seen there,” quickly followed by: “Didn’t realise that Cha looked like Broony.”

With Celtic throwing everything into finding a winner Fraser Forster’s double save earned the appreciation of Ledley who tweeted: “What a double save that was from the big man! Still in it c’mon.”

The clock ran out on Celtic’s hopes as the injured midfielder tweeted: “Last chance,” before conceeding elimination with “Gutted not to have gone through to the last 32.”

Mick av thought for a couple of years now a Bhoycott of away grounds is required to get justice for Celtic.
Last season we came very close to a Bhoycott and then Peter Lawwell and the Celtic supporters association had a meeting with Stewart Regan at the SFA and it was all called off, don’t know the outcome of that meeting but something must have been agreed.
Personnally I don’t think anything has changed Rearangers are still benefitting from honest mistakes and fat Sally can say what he wants about the SFA could Neil Lennon.
