Kris Commons, Glenn Loovens and Mikel Lustig are in the Celtic side to face St Johnstone today.
Commons impressed Neil Lennon in his substitute appearance at last week while Lustig comes in to replace Adam Matthews.
Cha Du-Ri and Victor Wanyama are both suspended with Matthews and Ki also dropping out from the side that lost 3-2 at Ibrox.
Lustig will start at right-back with Mulgrew on the left, either side of Loovens and Thomas Rogne.
Commons joins a midfield quartet of Scott Brown, Joe Ledley and Georgios Samaras while Gary Hooper returns to favour teaming up with Anthony Stokes.
