Neil Lennon has put Charles Green in his place and warned that he won’t be discussing the Third Division again.
The last week has seen a stream of statements from Ibrox about Celtic with Green claiming that hoops supporters were duped into buying season tickets expecting them to include Glasgow derbies.
Last week Green talked of leaving Scotland making reference to Peter Lawwell’s comments on the possibility of UEFA sanctioned cross-border leagues.
Lennon has been in Spain preparing his squad for the second part of the season but took time out to set the record straight explaining that Celtic are capable of expressing their own opinions without the need for Green’s constant name check’s.
“They are in the Third Division, we are in the SPL, and it’s not really our problem,” the Celtic boss stated. “We probably have to take it as a back-handed compliment because they’re looking up at us.
“He’s entitled to his opinion, but they keep bringing us into their problems. At the end of the day, they have their issues and we have ours.”
Lennon added: “From here on in, I am not going to answer any more questions on Rangers because they are not on our radar.
“We are six months down the line from Rangers playing in the Third Division, and six months down the line I am still answering questions about them.
“We have a really important half of the season to look forward to. I can’t dwell on what’s gone on in the past and I can’t dwell on what is going on in the Third Division.”

it can surely be coincedence that charles we are not playing in scotland any took place as celtic were annoucing a multi million pound sponsorship deal and of course we cant have good news in scottish football

Sevco and Cabbage Green will do ANYTHING to try and get headlines but the smell of that useless tub of guts Traynor reeks behind most things Green utters these days. From urine soaked rag ”journalist” to becoming Green’s rent boy he knows that silence from the Govan Comedy House is a disaster for business.
They have therefore prostituted themselves to become Scottish football’s equivalent of the Jeremy Kyle show in the hope that people don’t ignore them. I never thought it possible for something to be more dead than dead but Sevco City have managed that. In terms of importance they are dead DEAD!!

The zombies are desperate to hang on to Celtic’s coat tails since they have nothing else of their own that is in any way important.
