Picture the scene at Celtic Park.
Brendan Rodgers’ side have just lost 3-0 at home to Aberdeen, Stevie May is soaking up the adulation of the away support tucked in the corner of the Lisbon Lions Stand.
Thousands of Celtic supporters left at the third goal but some, proudly wearing their half and half scarves hang around close to the away dug out.
Will they be shouting abuse at the jubilant Aberdeen players or going weak at the knees at the prospect of getting a selfie with one of their SPFL heroes?
That nightmare scenario is English football 2018.
I’ll take Scottish football over that pub league any day. pic.twitter.com/BGLfkMaGWc

This just sums up English football.
Man United get battered by Spurs at Old Trafford. What do their fans do? Beg for selfies with the man who buried them.
Embarrassing. pic.twitter.com/yCSXR0XNN0

Last night Spurs turned Manchester United over 3-0 at Old Trafford, a devastating blow for the home side who know that they’ve got as much chance of winning the league as Arsenal.
The pain of losing so brutally at home was lost on some of the thousands of tourist fans inside Old Trafford.
Who could resist a selfie with Lucas Moura to celebrate and remember a visit to the Theatre of Dreams.
If it ever happens at Celtic hopefully someone will lock the doors and throw away the keys.
