Steven Naismith will find out on Tuesday afternoon if the SFA are to let him off Scot Free from his latest attacks on Celtic players.

In May the Hearts midfielder was given a two match retrospective suspension after kicking out at Scott Brown, an equally vicious attack on James Forrest was overlooked.

On Saturday Jonny Hayes was the victim as Naismith twice kicked out at the grounded Celtic winger late on in the first half.

The Daily Record reports:

Record Sport understands ?the SFA are looking into the ?incident which occurred during a first-half altercation with the Hoops winger at Tynecastle.

Referee John Beaton and his assistant David Roome both had a clear view of the incident but decided not to take any action.

In the opening minutes of the match Kyle Lafferty escaped with only a yellow card for an over the ball attack on Mikael Lustig’s ankle.

Despite missing both Naismith incidents in May Bobby Madden has continued to get his top flight match appointments, no action is expected against Beaton on Roome for failing to take action against the former Scotland man.
