There are a wide variety of opinions on social media today over Celtic’s apparent interest in Kristijan Lovric.
With Liel Abada and Kyogo Furuhasji signed up by Ange Postecoglou it would seem like overkill if another winger was signed up with multiple issues in defence needing addressed.
The slow progress in transfer deals means multiple moves have to progress at the same time but with six days to go until the start of the SPFL campaign surely the focus must be on the defence with every avenue being explored to bring in an experienced right-back and a goalkeeper that can step straight in and help shape the defenders in front of him.
Lovric has two years left on his Gorica contract which means that any move this window will be strictly on the terms of his club.
With Celtic in urgent need of at least half a dozen first team starters it might be over enthusiasm from the Croatian end linking Lovric with Celtic.

As far as reliability goes this is very low scale.

With all the names flying around linked with Celtic right now there’s one I would bank on happening & that’s Kristijan Lovric.
