Celtic fans have been put through all sort of emotions in their last three SPFL home matches in order to celebrate nine points as Ange Postecoglou’s side hit top spot in the table.

At the end of January and down to 10 men it took a 90th minute strike from Liel Abada to secure the points from Dundee United to cut the gap at the top down to just two points.

By contrast the Glasgow derby was relatively plain sailing as three first half goals allowed the fans to put their feet up, celebrate and gloat through the second half.

Yesterday the Tayside Script was back in force as Mark McGhee brought Dundee to town.

The visitors opened the scoring but a double by Giorgos Giakoumakis before half time eased some of the tension.

When Ryan Sweeney equalised on the hour it was most certainly game on with the clock racing towards 90.

Substitutes were introduced to no real effect but in the 86th minute Tony Ralston fired in a cross that Giakoumakis dived low to head into the net.  From a North Stand seat in line with the penalty spot @tmcglad36 captured the move and emotions perfectly.

After four minutes of stoppage time the final whistle blew with 11 more fixtures packed with nerves and emotion standing between Celtic lifting the SPFL title.
