Celtic have surprisingly been linked with Christopher Scott.
The 19-year-old is out of contract at Bayern Munich at the end of this season with his agent revealing details of contract talks with Sky reporter Florian Plettenberg.
With no obvious connection Celtic and Brentford were credited with showing an interest in Scott who is described as an attacking midfielder by Transfermarkt.
In recent seasons Liam Morrison and Barry Hepburn have left Celtic’s Academy to sign professional terms with Bayern, a reverse move would be something of a surprise for a German teenager with no obvious Celtic or Scottish link.

Apart from Jeremie Frimpong Celtic’s record with project signings has been very poor, Liam Shaw and Osaze Urhoghide were signed in the summer from Sheffield Wednesday but don’t appear to be making inroads towards first team football.
With Celtic in talks about playing in next season’s Lowland League there is a lack of structure between Academy and First Team that has proved too much for Luca Connell, Jonathan Afolabi, Lee O’Connor, Liam Burt and various others to bridge.
The Lowland League is a good level for 16 and 17-year-olds coming out of the Academy but it is questionable if it is advancing the Celtic prospects of Joey Dawson or Bosun Lawal.
Off topic here but the daily sevco has an article out today online quoting prices and times for flights to the Europa league Cup final.
Oh ma sides are sore with laughter it’s only the quarter final stage and they have the 10 year old klub in the final.
