Andrew Dallas used subjectivity to help deliver the League Cup to Ibrox.

Three weeks ago he came to the rescue by suggesting that Nick Walsh takes a second look at a shirt pull on Connor Goldson from Stefan Gartenmann.

When Hugh’s laddie suggests that the match referee reviews an incident the outcome is inevitable with Walsh ignoring the initial push then block on the Aberdeen defender before Goldson theatrically fell to the ground.

At Hampden today it was role reversal with Todd Cantwell pulling on Gartenmann’s shirt for a few seconds as a corner was sent into the six yard area.

To the surprise of absolutely no Scottish football fan Dallas decided against sending Don Robertson to the pitchside monitor.

It seems strange that the same VAR was appointed to successive matches involving the same clubs, especially over a three week period. It makes it much easier for Internet Bampots to highlight the double standards when officials are given the subjectivity card to suit their wishes.

Last month away to Ross County Dallas overlooked three incidents of short pulling on Celtic players during the first half of the match, with the game goalless.

Asked about refereeing issues at the Celtic AGM Michael Nicholson had the elderly audience slapping their thighs in amusement as they cracked jokes about an area of the Scottish game where levelling up is applied.

James Tavernier scored the only goal of the game in the 76th minute, after that Robertson applied some expert game management to see the game through.

Neither Dallas or Robertson will be anywhere near next summer’s European Championship Finals in Germany.

Now that we are in a much closer title race with sevco,

these referee & VAR decisions, and non-decisions, could

realistically determine where the SPFL trophy ends up at season end.

And our [complicit?] Board STILL remains mute?!

No point in complaining at the end of the season either.

Editor: The silence of Celtic encourages them, Lawwell & Nicholson’s AGM banter gives Crawford Allan’s team encouragement to raise their game further.

‘Could realistically determine’ (where The SPFL trophy ends up at seasons end)…

I’ll go further Bob (original) and say – ‘Will absolutely detirmine’ !

      We are truly fcuked…

Thank goodness I chuck it all in a few years back –

      A brilliant decision indeed !

On and on and on same old shit. Need someone with big baws to come out about this.if not it will just go on and on. Two blatant pens and not even a review. Some cnt open their mouth.

    • Pan says:

The man with the BAWS is Fergus. Litigation is the answer. Not only for the officials and SFA, but also for anybody who is part of this cover up.

There needs to be a clear out at Board level and we need to start again as it appears that the Board may be complicit. The 5 way agreement may hold them in sway so that they make the correct decisions while they make the money. I think they could be taking us all for a ride.

However, it is time also that those at other clubs, who are also being cheated, stand up to be counted. It is the only way to recover our beautiful game. The SPL is the laughing stock of world football. Nothing in this country is worth winning. Competition is not allowed. Why do other clubs remain silent?

  • David Mccallum says:

No way on earth dallas or Walsh or Beaton should be anywhere near rangers games all are proven rangers supporters. One is even a coach at rangers academy. Hiw on earth can they be independent

  • Tam says:

As I’ve said on many many occasions…..if the punishment for cheating is NO punishment why stop cheating Mr Dallas (Andrew) I wonder were he gets it from eh (Hugh)

    • Terence Nova says:

Face up to it..The game is rigged and nobody seems to care…and that includes our Board …as they’ve been told…If you rock the boat…we’ll produce evidence that will hang you out to dry…Silence is Golden…

  • harold shand says:

Rangers supporting officials involved every week in one of their games and one of our games

A media turning a blind eye it to it

Ex hun players getting jobs as pundits everywhere to back them on decisions that go for or against them

    It’s a con

  • Stephen says:

Not to worry the blue pound is a requirement for the Celtic Board.
Now pay your money and shut the feck up.

  • Andrew Glen says:

Might sound crazy, but teams should just walk off.
What are the SFA going to do. Admit the refs are shite? Dock points? They were never going to be allowed to win anyway. Fine them? Again so what.
More teams , including Celtic need to grow a pair and take some real action and stop cracking jokes ffs!

Editor: Lawwell and Nicholson think that it is great banter to crack jokes about referees favouring one team, a green light for Crawford Allan and the SFA to go the extra miles, see Sunday’s Robertson & Dallas double act.

    • Andrew Glen says:

Exactly! Cracking jokes serves no purpose other than to make the situation worse. Lawell and Nicholson should be ashamed of themselves. No wonder more than half of the supporters hate them and don’t trust them to be doing what is best for the club.

And when others talk of their success. It’s pretty damn easy when everyone else is a shambles, including your rival who were so bad they went bust. So what kind of person are you then really. Maybe we’ll see when they have a ‘proper’ albeit dodgy challenge.

      Let’s see who’s laughing last.
