After John Beaton safely awarded Kilmarnock a penalty at Ibrox on December 2 the wheels are back on with Connor Goldson still immune from the penalty decisions that go against every defender in the country.
This time last season there was an almost weekly appearance of Goldson’s Law as all sorts of excuses were trotted out for Scotland’s top referees, assisted by VAR refusing to award a penalty against Micky Beale’s side.
Goldson was badly caught out for Aberdeen’s equaliser scored by Bojan Miovsky in the 45th minute but things could have been much worse for the former Shrewsbury starlet when he was caught out once again.
If I was the Aberdeen owner/chairman I’d be releasing a statement and demanding they release the audio.

Aberdeen’s Dante Polvara used his shoulder to knock the ball forwards in the goalmouth, typically Goldson had his right arm raised which just happened to stop the path of the ball, a scramble then followed with Goldon falling to the ground using his arm again to deflect in to Jack Butland.
Don Robertson had a clear view of the incident but knew the consequences of a late equaliser at Ibrox, on VAR duty Greg Aitken is as well briefed as his colleague Andrew Dallas.
Beaton’s penalty award for Kilmarnock ended a 74 match, 23 month run without a penalty being awarded against the 2012 Tribute Act.
A total liability , but crucially the most protected defender in Scotland
Just another fcukin joke in the cancerous world that is Scottish Football…
And there are a helluva lot of similar joke decisions to come in these last fourteen games and we all know it –
That’s Five points they’ve been handed by officials now in their home games v Hearts and Aberdeen…
Assuming Aberdeen scored the penalty which Miovski probably would’ve done !
Yeah and the other point they got in the last minute when Goldson fell forward after a slight pull with the ball nowhere in sight. When you add up the ones given for them and not against them it’s massive.
