It wasn’t quite crystal clear but most Celtic fans had a good idea of what Luke McCowan was thinking about last night’s defeat at Motherwell.
Soon after the final whistle at Fir Park the Premier Sports cameras were scanning around the Celtic players.
Most looked in despair, staring at the ground. McCowan was more animated. Coming from Greenock he knows the implications of results like losing 2-0 at Motherwell. He knows the next fixture, he knows the SPFL table.
He turned away from the cameras in mid-sentence but his despair was obvious.

Over the course of seven matches Wilfried Nancy has turned an effective, competitive Celtic into a shambles. A laughing stock.
THE HANDOVER
Martin O’Neill handed over a seven match domestic winning run. A cup final place, the chance to go top of the league and a moral boosting win away to Falkirk.
The soccerball guy from the seventh best team in the MLS Eastern Conference has destroyed it all.
A level of chaos that not even the Banter Years bosses at Ibrox have managed to get close to.
The 3-4-3 formation is alien to most of European football. Soccerball guy Wilf imposed it after two training sessions.
He led Celtic to their worst losing run since 1978.
And Michael Nicholson came out and backed him. Teased about the January transfer plans and also next summer.
Nancy shouldn’t get near Lennoxtown this morning. Hisrace has been run.
Sacking the manager won’t transform Celtic but it would be a start. At thesame time Nicholson and Tisdale can clear off, alongside the departing Chairman.
Then McCowan and the players that beat Feyenoord on November 27 can start trying to go forward.
This season can still be salvaged, the SPFL title could be won. If Nancy isn’t sacked this week Celtic could well be sitting in fifth place going to Tynecastle on January 25.

BUT, the players are all pro footballers with ability and, if tactics were understood to likely fail, then surely Captain Cal and other opinionated players should’ve stepped up and said “fuck this” we’re doing it our way and got a result. This would’ve been a double-edged sword as we’d likely have won the game and made Nancy’s position history.

If ,and who among us would bet against it after last night’s latest fuckfest,we lose to the huns on Saturday then Nancy will have in the space of 8 games,yes you read that right EIGHT GAMES,equalled last season’s domestic losses of 4 league defeats in 38 games and 1 Cup final defeat.
Albeit, he did it even quicker since he didn’t need extra time and a penalty kick shootout to gift the cup to St Mirren.
I was prepared to give this guy a chance because I am that sort of guy but last night was the final straw for me.
In his pre match interview Nancy was asked if it was hard for him to reinstate Schmeichel in goal and his immediate response was a resounding NO.
To then once again witness this well past his sell by date keeper gift the two goals to the opposition by firstly retreating onto his line in defence of a 60 yard punt into his area where he should be coming out and dealing with the situation he allowed the Motherwell player the time to pick his spot.
He then compounds this gaffe by playing a kamikaze ball out of defence and with it not even a chance for the intended player to receive it because he couldn’t find him from 15 yards allowing them to gleefully bag another.
All the while remonstrating with all around him on their perceived deficiencies.
That is the tip of the iceberg as I haven’t started on the outfield positions yet !
I know it will never happen but we should be Boycotting Saturday’s game as this would send a message to even the dumbest on the Celtic board that we,the fans,have had enough.
If we lose to them on Saturday I believe we should seriously consider full stadium boycotts until Nancy,his support staff and the parasites on the board have fucked off for good.
I am beyond raging,as thousands of like minded Hoops fans will be.

How good was the due diligence undertaken by Celtic on Wilf and on Doctor Football, Paul Tisdale.

I remember how well Liel Abada linked with midfielder Aaron Mooy. There was synergy for assists by both and Liel scored goals. Aaron did not have to take the ball close to the bye line to centre.
From the wide right, Aaron could could lift his curling ball over the heads of defenders onto the head, body or foot of of a leading attacker Sometimes the keeper was in a state of indecision.
Against Motherwell, I did not see anyone like Kyogo rushing past a defender seeking an assist.
