Danny Rohl has made his first summer signing with Blurume Izbare signed up on a multi-year contract.
Arsenal, Manchester City, Paris St Germain and Accrington Stanley were linked with the highly rated defender but Izbare has opted to join the Rohl Revolution.
When Rohl arrived in October he provided a traffic light survey within a month of the playing staff at Ibrox.
Soon afterwards Paddy Stewart and Kev Thelwell were sacked from their executive positions.
In January Tuur Rommens, Tochi Chukwuani and Ryan Naderi were signed up. Andreas Skov Olsen was brought in on a much hyped loan but that won’t be converted to a permanent move.

Over the last few weeks the message from Ibrox has been about signing up leaders. Additionally Scottish players with the right DNA will be prioritised.
Izbare flew into Scotland for the first time last week, he was blown away by the atmosphere at Ibrox for the defeat against Hibs.
Following a tour of the state-of-the-art facilities at Murray Park he held talks with Rohl and agreed a lucrative contract.
Izbare plays mainly in central defence but is also comfortable at right-back and playing as a defensive midfield player.
CAVENAGH STANDS BY ROHL DESPITE THIRD PLACE FINISH
His signing and the timing of it is a real statement of intent from the third best team in Scotland.
While some fans want to see Rohl replaced he has the full backing of Andrew Cavenagh who tackled the issue on Sunday at a special Ibrox briefing.
Cavenagh pushed back at all of the criticism of Rohl but did admit that the squad is mentally weak.
Izbare is expected to be followed by six more signings in the next three weeks as Rohl gets his business done before the World Cup gets underway.
Additionally Rohl’s squad will be boosted by the return of Danilo, Ross McCausland, Jose Cifuentes, Oscar Cortes, Clinton Nsiala and Lyall Cameron who have all been out on loan.
Izbare will wear the iconic number 12.
